We’re constantly improving and polishing our platform and Help Center so you can answer a wide range of questions just with a few hits of your keyboard. If you need an extra hand, learn how and where to seek help from our team:

  1. If you’re logged into your Restaurant Management Dashboard, reach us on the bottom-right side of your screen, clicking on the chat bubble.



    Use the search box to quickly find relevant articles. If you need further assistance, click on the pencil button next to Your Chats. Agree to the Privacy Policy and start chatting!

    Extra tip: Chat with our Support Team from a Mobile device 

    Since the mobile format is a little bit more crunched for space, we decided to not have the chat bubble take up any room on the screen. Though, chatting with us is still simple to do on a mobile device. All you have to do is go into the hamburger menu (thee horizontal lines) on the top right of the screen and you will find the chat option.
