How to Change the Promised Delivery or Pickup Time of an Order

This happens often. Your guest called and wants to receive or take out their order later in the day. A few clicks will reschedule the order

  1. In your Restaurant Management Dashboard, go to Order Management located at the sidebar to the left.
  2. Search for the order you need to change and click on it. You’ll see the corresponding Order Details.

  3. On the Promised Time field, click on the blue pencil icon and specify the new promise time you want to set up.

  4. Click Confirm and then Save
  5. Now your customer will get a message with the update of the promised time.
